The documentary aims to capture the highs and lows of launching a public Bitcoin company, the quietude of SEC obligations, and the resilience needed to navigate a bear market while executing a multi-entity consolidation. This consolidation brought together Bitcoin Magazine, UTXO Management, and BTC Inc. into a single operating entity with real revenue streams from media, investment management, and conference events. The film also delves into the personal sacrifices of the founders, the skepticism from traditional finance, and the relentless pursuit of a vision that many deemed impossible.
